We have strong expertise within healthcare and social enterprises – both came together in our web project for mental health social enterprise, LiveLife.

Covid has had such an impact on people’s lives – economical, social, technological and the cost to our mental health has been incalculable.

Working from home, anxiety about keeping our jobs, and relationships have made it a really difficult couple of years for everyone.

In the UK, Turning Point are one of the most respected addiction, social challenge and homeless social enterprises – and they came to us with a brief to help us develop a more effective digital program, to help more people with their mental health.

LiveLife.co.uk is the result of that brief. A new not-for-profit service for those in need of support through online therapy. Giving UK customers the same quality of service they would get on the NHS, quickly, for an affordable cost.

We worked closely with the Turning Point core team to create a digital experience (and marketing plan) that would help as many people as we could get the help they need.

We worked with the senior marketing and product teams (working as an extension of their team) to support them with strategy, UX, build, content and video – as well as social ads and PPC.  This gave us an amazing opportunity to deliver a full-service product aross the complete customer journey – using digital assets and channels to have a real impact on people’s quality of life.

The initiative delivered a full program of brand, web and content – from working on strategic direction, a brand refresh, website design and build, video content paid social and PPC.

Users can work with LiveLife through their website platform to get the help they need and utilise the important mental health services that LiveLife offer.

Our input into social enterprise and healthcare initiatives takes in end-to- end customer experience –  strategy, UX, design, conversational AI, content, and video – as well as paid social and PPC strategy, planning and implementation.

We work within the not-for-profit, health and tech sectors on a number of innovative projects within mental health, employee wellness, wellbeing and housing
