Employee wellness is a hugely important area, and even more so post-pandemic. The challenges of uncertainty, changes to working practices (WFH, remote, hybrid) and personal health worries have all had an effect on people’s well-being.

As part of our digital transformation partnership with Turning Point – the UK’s leading homelessness, and addiction social enterprise –  we were asked  to rebrand, design, build and launch an upgraded end-to-end employee wellness platform experience – in a really short time frame of just a few months.

Turning Point tasked the Synthetic team with being their strategic and practical digital transformation partners –  working very closely with their core team to drive the project through, as part of their overall digital strategy.

Having worked on several other brands and projects within the Turning Point family, we were able to hit the ground running. This included getting up to speed with key KPIs and understanding team and employee requirements quickly.

From there we developed brand, creative and development strands, leading to building a usable and effective digital platform.

This entailed understanding and analysing the types of user, their journey and end goals – and taking that to create an integrated informational web presence as well as a personalised wellbeing service portal.

Users can log-in, see relevant content and take action to support their mental wellbeing.

Our digital transformation work in healthcare and wellness, tech and public sector takes in end-to-end customer experience – strategy, UX, design, conversational AI, content, video – as well as paid social and PPC strategy, planning and implementation.

We work within the not-for-profit, health and tech sectors on a number of innovative projects within mental health, employee wellness and wellbeing,
